What is the status of my order?
A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as you place an order with us, please allow 1-2 business days for tracking info to be uploaded, from there your status will be updated throughout the course of the shipment.
My order was lost/stolen, now what?
Unfortunately there's not much we can do on our end so lost/stolen packages will have to be taken up with the shipping company:(
I received the wrong order, what do I do?
Please reach out to us at doyoudareunveil@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the order you received. A refund will be issued once we have a moment to go over the order, please allow 2-3 business days for a response.
Where are my items coming from?
Our fulfillment center is located in Toronto, Canada.
